NOTE : If the ignition key is in the ON position during programming, then the horn is disabled.

 

NOTE  : If the ignition key is in the OFF position during programming, then the horn is enabled.

 

NOTE : The horn will sound when the LOCK button is pressed 2 times.

 

NOTE : All remote transmitters must be programmed at this time, otherwise they will not work.

 

1.    Short pin 4 to pin 8 of the OBD/DLC Diagnostic Connector.

 

2.    Locate the OBD port, see www.wikiobd.com for location information or download the app from the Google Play or Apple IOS Stores.

 

3.    The doors will LOCK and UNLOCK and operate the liftgate window release if fitted within 2 seconds.

 

4.    PRESS and HOLD the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons at the same time on the 1st remote transmitter until the locks cycle from LOCK to UNLOCK.

 

5.    Repeat step 3 for ALL remote transmitters to be programmed.

 

6.    Remove the link from the OBD/DLC connector.

 

7.    LOCK and UNLOCK the doors to check each remote transmitter is operational.

 

8.    Activate the rear window release to ensure it is functional.

REMOTE TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING FOR LUXURY MODELS

 

NOTE : All remote transmitters must be programmed at this time, otherwise they will not work.

 

NOTE : Maximum of 4 transmitters can be programmed.

 

1.    Switch ignition to the RUN position then back to OFF.

 

NOTE : This switches of the theft alarm system.

 

2.    Remove the RADIO FUSE number 17.

 

3.    Switch ignition from the OFF position to the RUN position and back OFF 3 times within 5 seconds.

 

4.    The doors will LOCK and UNLOCK to confirm programming mode.

 

5.    PRESS and HOLD the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the remote transmitter for 15 seconds.

 

6.    The doors will LOCK and UNLOCK to confirm programming mode.

 

7.    Repeat step 5 for all additional remote transmitters.

 

8.    Replace the FUSE.

 

9.    Check all remote transmitters for correct operation.
