PROGRAMMING

 

NOTE : This procedure is complicated and needs to be performed quickly. Please read through before you start to ensure it is fully understood.

 

NOTE : Maximum 4 remote transmitters can be programmed.

 

NOTE : The next 5 steps need to be performed all within 45 seconds.

 

1.    Sit in the drivers seat and ensure all the doors, trunk/boot and hood/bonnet are closed.

 

2.    OPEN and CLOSE the drivers door 1 time.

 

3.    Within 45 seconds OPEN and CLOSE the drivers door.

 

4.    Switch ignition from LOCK to ON 10 times within 15 seconds.

 

5.    A sounder will sound once, and a buzzer will continue to sound and the interior light will flash.

 

6.    Within 45 seconds OPEN and CLOSE the drivers door once, a sounder will sound for 30 seconds.

 

7.    PRESS the power door LOCK button to LOCK for the number of times of the first code digit number.

 

NOTE : The sounder will stop once you start to enter the code. If the gap between entering codes is more than 5 seconds an error will occur, start again at 3.

 

8.    PRESS the power door UNLOCK button within 5 seconds.

 

NOTE : A sound will be heard at this point.

 

9.    Repeat steps 7 and 8 for all 8 digits of the remote transmitter code.

 

10.  When complete press the power door lock button to UNLOCK one time within 5 seconds of the last digit entered.

 

11. Then repeat the code entry again.

 

12.  PRESS the power door LOCK button to LOCK for the number of times of the first code digit number.

 

13.  When the code has been entered the second time, a sounder will sound for 1 seconds.

 

14.  To program another remote transmitter, repeat the procedure starting at step 4.

 

15.  Check all remote transmitters for operation.

 

NOTE : To delete any existing remote transmitters from the system, you must program the new remote transmitters to fill the memory up, so if you have only one remote transmitter then you must program it 4 times to fill in all the memory slots. If you have 2 remote transmitters then you must program each one twice.

 

SYNCHRONISATION

 

1.    Press remote transmitter LOCK or UNLOCK button 6 times.

 

2.    Check remote transmitter for operation.

 

 

ALARM DEACTIVATING and ACTIVATING

 

 

 

1.    To disarm the alarm, set VALET mode.

 

2.    Sit in the drivers seat and shut all doors, trunk/boot and gate.

 

3.    SWITCH ignition ON.

 

4.    HOLD down the REAR UNLOCK side of the drivers power door locking switch and OPEN the drivers door within 1 second and then wait 10 seconds before releasing the switch.

 

5.    The system will now be changed to VALET mode and the trip meter display will show AL oF and the horn will sound twice.
