DEALER FITTED REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY PROGRAMMING

 

 

ERASE ALL REMOTE TRANSMITTER (PROCEDURE 1)

 

1.    Turn ignition to the ACC position, ensure all doors, boot/hood and bonnet/hatch are closed.

 

2.    Press the programming switch on the main TVSS ECU for more than 2 seconds, the security LED will light for 5 seconds.

 

NOTE : The location of the TVSS ECU is under the drivers seat in most vehicles.

 

3.    With the security LED ON press the programming switch again for 2 seconds.

 

4.    The HORN will sound twice and the security LED will switch OFF.

 

5.    ALL remote transmitters are now erased.

 

ADD REMOTE TRANSMITTERS (PROCEDURE 1)

 

1.    Turn ignition switch to OFF position, ensure all doors, boot/hood and bonnet/hatch are closed.

 

2.    Turn ignition switch to ACC position.

 

3.    Press the programming switch on the main TVSS ECU for more than 2 seconds, the security LED will light for 5 seconds.

 

4.    With the security LED ON press the button on the remote transmitter once.

 

5.    Repeat steps 1 to 4 for additional remote transmitters.

 

 

ADD REMOTE TRANSMITTER (PROCEDURE 2)

 

NOTE : A maximum of 4 remote transmitters can be programmed.

 

1.    Ensure the alarm has been disarmed.

 

2.    Switch the ignition to the ACC position.

 

3.    Press the programming switch on the main TVSS ECU for more than 2 seconds, the security LED will light for 5 seconds.

 

4.    While the security LED is ON, press the LOCK and UNLOCK button together on the remote transmitter until the hazard lights flash once.

 

5.    For LHD vehicles the horn will sound.

 

6.    Repeat steps 2 to 4 for additional remote transmitters.

 

 

ERASE ALL REMOTE TRANSMITTERS (PROCEDURE 2)

 

1.    Ensure the alarm has been disarmed.

 

2.    Switch the ignition to the ACC position.

 

3.    Press the programming switch on the main TVSS ECU for more than 2 seconds, the security LED will light for 5 seconds.

 

4.    While the security LED is ON, press the programming switch on the main TVSS ECU again until the hazard lights flash once.

 

5.    For LHD vehicles the horn will sound.

 

6.    All remote transmitters are now erased.

 

NOTE : The security LED will now flash until a new remote transmitter is programmed.
